Social Networking Links
This section will launch on 1 July 2009
The number of bands and musicians who are using social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter has grown exponentially in the recent past. The Brass Crest has initiated a special subsection of the Links Section dedicated to links to such pages.
Currently, we are accepting links from individuals and organizations for the following social networking sites:
To submit your link, simply fill out our regular Link Request form. If the URL submitted is for one of the supported social networking sites, it will automatically be included in the new Social Networking section.
All links included on The Brass Crest’s Links pages are personally selected by the webmaster. The Brass Crest does not accept any form of payment for links, however, a reciprocal link would be appreciated. The following general restrictions apply:
- No links will be accepted for sites that contain pornography or other objectionable material.
- Sites which offer music downloads will be included only if the webmaster is satisfied that any applicable copyright restrictions have been met.
- A request for a link must be accompanied by a valid email address.
Please note that for Facebook, the link request can be for a profile, page or group. However, in any case, the webmaster must be able to see the content of the pages in order to verify that the above requirements have been met. If you submit a link to a Facebook profile, you may get a friend request from the webmaster (Robert D. Schramm).
