The Song Book provides an "index" relating songs (words) to tunes (music). This is seen in the heading information for each song, where the suggested tunes are listed. The first tune listed is considered the primary tune for those words. However, there is no index provided which relates tunes to words.

These pages provide the "missing" tune to song index. Each tune is listed, followed by the songs which are associated with it. The tunes are listed in alphabetical order by title (as listed in the piano version of the Tune Book). Songs are listed by the first line of the first verse. If a tune is indicated as the primary tune for a song, a yellow dot dot will appear next to the song number. A sample entry is shown below.

The name of the tune and the Tune Book number are shown in large, red letters. The songs are listed alphabetically below, with the number and yellow dot (if any) to the left. Please note that the this index is based on the American editions, and includes the tunes and songs found in the American Supplement.
