National Capital Band Weekend in Tidewater

The National Capital Band (Bandmaster James Anderson) embarked on its fall campaign in the National Capital and Virginia Division. The trip took the group to the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, with performances in Norfolk and Virginia Beach.
