The Cardiff Canton Band (Bandmaster Steve Martin) traveled to Easton on February 7, 2004, to participate in a concert with Bandmaster Nathan Jenkins and the Bristol Easton Band.

The Canadian Staff Band, under the direction of Bandmaster Kevin Hayward, has recorded items for a new CD entitled To Worship.

The Coventry City Band of the Salvation Army (Bandmaster Steve Whitmore) joined with the Central Warwickshire Singers (director Sheila Russell) and The Sound of Three Spires, a barbershop singing group, for the 29th Christmas Carol Evening at the Spa Centre in Leamington Spa, held on 3 December 2004.

On a recent Saturday, some 150 musicians combined for what was billed as a "Brass Celebration". Included as special guests were the Canadian Staff Band, and from New York, trumpet virtuoso Derek Lance.

For nearly twenty years, an ensemble from the band at Chatham Citadel has gone to the Wisdom Hospice in Rochester, Kent on Christmas Day to visit staff and residents.
