Memorial Concert in Support of Hospice

The Anglia Divisional Golden Oldies Band (Bandmaster Bram Scott) joined with vocal soloist Juliet Parker on October 25, 2003 for a concert in memory of former bandsman Jim Harris, who passed away one year ago.

Staff Band Helps Hannaford Celebrate 20

In mid-October, the Hannaford Street Silver Band celebrated its twentieth anniversary. A weekend Festival of Brass was started with a concert featuring the Canadian Staff Band of the Salvation Army, under the direction of Bandmaster Kevin Hayward. The concert was held on October 17, 2003, in the Jane Mallett Theatre, which is part of the Saint Lawrence Center for the Arts in Toronto.
