Upper Norwood at ICO

On 15 October 2009, a dedication of a flag pole and flag was held at the International College for Officers and Centre for Spiritual Life Development in Sydenham Hill, London. Musical support was provided by the Upper Norwood Band under the direction of Acting Bandmaster John Clarke.

The dedication was conducted by the Chief of the Staff, Commissioner Robin Dunster, with the band providing musical support. The band also played for the indoor Welcome Meeting for the delegates of Session 203 at the ICO & CSLD.
