Christmas in Cradley Heath

Cradley Heath Corps held its annual Christmas Carol Concert on 2 December 2006 at Halesowen Cornbow Hall. The event was a benefit for autism.westmidlands.

In addition to the Cradley Heath Band (Bandmaster Rob Westwood-Payne) and Songsters, the concert featured the Lutley Primary School Choir, who presented selections from their Christmas musical, Ned and Ted's Christmas Journey and joined the percussion section of the band for A Christmas Mambo.

Items from the band and songsters included Away in a Manger (Normandy Carol), Who Is He?, Go Tell!, and Glory, Glory!. The compère for the evening was Graham Day, News Editor for BBC Radio Gloucester and also a Salvationist at the Droitwich Spa Corps.
