Cherokee Headed to Great Britain
The Cherokee Brass Band of the Arkansas and Oklahoma Division of the Salvation Army has announced a trip to Great Britain. The trip is scheduled for May 27 through June 24, 2004. The band will be supporting the ministry of the Stockton Citadel Corps.
The band is a youth band made of young people from throughout the states of Arkansas and Oklahoma. The bandmaster is Andrew Barrington, who serves as the Music Director for the division. This is the band's first international journey.
