Asbury Park to Present Sacred Patriotic Concert

On June 29, 2003, the Asbury Park Corps Band will present a concert at the Ocean Grove Boardwalk Pavilion in the historic seaside community of Ocean Grove, New Jersey. The Sacred Patriotic Concert is a part of the Honor Our Heroes campaign. This event, which is a preliminary to many local events surrounding the Fourth of July holiday, honors members of the US military, firefighters, peace officers, and emergency medical technicians and workers.

Honor Our Heroes is an initiative of the Mission America Coalition, a broad ecumenical group of evangelical Christian churches and organizations "promoting unity, evangelism and revival."

The Asbury Park Corps Band will be performing in the Boardwalk Pavilion at Ocean Grove on Sunday, June 29, at 3:00 pm. For more information, contact the Salvation Army Asbury Park Corps at 732.775.8698.
